With most clients demanding temperature checks on stock to ensure food safety, we will work closely with you to ensure that your food is stored at the right temperature from the get-go.
* Refrigerators: Temperatures are maintained between 0 - 4 degrees celcius.
* Freezers: Temperatures are maintained at a constant -18 degrees celcius.
The thermostats are monitored frequently (including Sundays) to ensure compliance, which means that you can rest assured that your chilled foods are in safe hands.
